What size are the magnets?
Each photo magnet is 8 x 8 — just the right size to stick on your fridge, locker, or any magnetic surface. They're compact, but big enough to showcase your memories beautifully.
How many photos can I upload?
It depends on the package you choose:
- Upload 3 photos
- Upload 6 photos
- Upload 12 photos
Each photo will be printed on a separate magnet. Make sure your photos are clear and high-resolution for best results!
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes! We keep your design on file for 30 days. If you’d like to reorder the same set, just contact us with your previous order number. For long-term reorders, we recommend saving your uploaded photos.
How long will delivery take?
Once we receive your photos, we’ll produce and ship your magnets within:
- 3–5 working days
- 5–7 working days
- 5–8 working days
We’ll send you a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Do you ship to Singapore?
Yes, we do! We ship to Singapore via reliable courier services. Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days. Shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
